What payment methods can I use?

We offer several payment options that accept credit card, debit card, UPI and we also accept COD orders. Our COD orders follow a double confirmation rule to avoid returns. Kindly respond to the Whatsapp or Email we send to confirm your order. If we cannot reach you, we will have to cancel your order. Prepayment of orders will avoid this step.

When will the order get delivered?

We usually dispatch all orders within 2-3 days and depending on your location it should reach you in 5-7 days from the date of order.
Do you accept returns and refunds?

As these are personal care items, we do not have a return policy. However, if you receive a damaged product and communicate the same to us on delivery, we will be happy to make up for this with a replacement or a refund. Please note that as we limit the use of unnecessary ingredients or fillers and chemicals, some products might change color with time. Store them in a cool place and away from direct sunlight and they will be good to use till the mentioned shelf life.

Can I make changes or customisations to my order?

Yes, you can write to us in the note section about the customisation requirement. Or Whatsapp text us using the button on the bottom and we will revert to you asap. For gifting, any notes or messages required to be added are always welcome!

Yes, all our products are vegan and made with finest vegan and natural ingredients, we also add a few safe synthetic ingredients only to make the life of your products longer and add functional benefits. We make the products in small batches so they are delivered fresh when you order them.
